Marie Butler is a certified business strategist, certified trichologist, certified educator, certified assessor and founder whose entrepreneurial journey spans more than two decades across the hair industry, education and transformational leadership.

Beginning with Wow Hair Extension Consultancy, Marie built one of her first successful ventures helping women transform not only their appearance, but their confidence. She later expanded into education through Extend Hair & Beauty Academy, where she trained students from across the UK and internationally in hair extensions, beauty education and professional skill development.

She then evolved into House of Hair Replacement Ltd, continuing to train students from around the world in advanced hair replacement systems, client transformation and specialist hair solutions.

Across every stage of her career, Marie has combined real-world industry expertise with certified education, mentorship and professional development, building businesses centred around transformation, confidence and empowerment. Her work has led to media appearances, speaking opportunities, educational leadership and recognition throughout different stages of her entrepreneurial journey.

Through years of entrepreneurship, reinvention, grief, pressure and personal evolution, Marie discovered that mastery alone is not freedom. Strategy, visibility, ownership and operational leverage are what truly create sovereignty.
